Early signing period begins today
There will be some excitement in the AD offices of high schools all around the state starting today, as the Class of 2011 begins putting pen to paper to make their college choices official.
We’re a bit behind on a BUNCH of commits. Blame my day job — the one that actually pays — for my failure to keep you all up to date with what we know. But I’ll do my best here to give you a quick and dirty roundup of those players we believe will be signing on the D-I and D-II dotted line sometime between Wednesday of this week and Wednesday of next week. (These would be outside of the commits we already have on our Class of 2011 list.)
- Melody Doss, Center Grove – Northern Kentucky
- Hannah Douglas, Pendleton Heights – Butler
- Julia Henson, Plainfield – Western Michigan
- Claire Holba, Chesterton – IUPUI
- Mariah Jordan, Bowman Academy – Texas A&M Corpus Christi
- Jessika Lark, Pendleton Heights – Butler
- Melanee Stubbs, Merrillville – Kent State
- Jazmine Windham, Ben Davis – Western Michigan
If you are aware of any others planning to sign in the early period, just log in and comment on this article to let us know. We will be adding any we receive to the comments section as well, so keep an eye on the comment count for this article on the home page for updates.
Also, if you would like to send us your signing photos, please email them to us at contactus@roundballreview.com, and we’ll put together a signing photo album.
We also have a few NAIA signings we have not yet reported:
- Kayley Baughman, Elkhart Christian – IUSB
- Emily Peppers–VanNamee, Northridge – IUSB
- Carolyn Sandrick, Lake Central – Purdue Calumet
