The trees have done it again. For the ninth consecutive year, the Indiana State women’s basketball program has been ranked in the WBCA Academic Top 25 of Division I schools. This year, the Sycamores landed in fourth place nationally with a 3.508 GPA, not far behind first place honoree Utah Valley University with a 3.630 GPA.

ISU has a strong tradition of academic excellence in its women’s basketball program, with the Sycamores claiming the top spot last year, as well as in in 2003 and 2005.

No other Indiana school made the Top 25 lists by division for 2010.
