Two second-time honorees and a record-setting scoring effort headline this week’s winners in the IBCA/Pacers-Fever Players of the Week program. Hamilton Heights junior Dakota Weatherford and Evansville Mater Dei sophomore Maura Muensterman are repeat recipients.

The girls’ 2011 City Securities Hall of Fame Classic tournaments will be held Thursday, December 29 at the New Castle Fieldhouse featuring the top teams, talent, and coaching in the state.
Rising juniors Stephanie Mavunga (Brownsburg) and Taya Reimer (Hamilton Southeastern) helped the USA Basketball U16 Team on their way to a Gold Medal win in the 2011 FIBA Americas U16 Championship on June 18 in Mérida, Mexico.
The 9th Annual IBCA/IHSAA Girls Top 100 Underclass Showcase will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at Ben Davis High School beginning at 2:00 pm in Indianapolis.
